FastPitch London:  Showcasing the Hottest New Virtual Worlds Products
20 October 2008 at The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre

To get noticed in today's high-energy world of technology and media, sometimes you have to do the old song and dance.  Thankfully, FastPitch at Virtual Worlds London brings you the right audience in one location. At FastPitch, presenting companies launch their new virtual worlds-related products onstage, in front of a group of high profile investors, news media and potential customers.

Why FastPitch?

Launching a product takes time. Media tours can take countless days to arrange, conduct and cost untold dollars, and distract team members. FastPitch accelerates the launch process. It puts you in front of the right crowd, in one location.  If you are launching a virtual worlds-related product or service, launching it at FastPitch London gives you access to leading media, investors, and industry influencers, not to mention customers who will be in attendance at the show. With so many potential partnerships available, FastPitch accelerates the "get to know you" process, enabling you to generate new business at a rapid pace. FastPitch takes place at The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre, a premiere venue right across the street from Westminster Abbey and two blocks from Parliament.

How It Works

Companies are invited to submit a FastPitch Application. The FastPitch team of expert judges reviews all submissions, selecting the most notable prior to the show. Selected companies are given the stage at Virtual Worlds London on 20 October 2008 for 5 minutes to present their product or service to the audience at large. Additionally all FastPitches are recorded and made available online by intruders.tv. Any size company can participate - from startups to established players. We only ask that the product offering you submit be new - either a new product or a significant new product feature of an existing product.

Application deadline extended:  September 30, 2008.
Finalists will be notified as soon as they are selected.

All FastPitches are 5 minutes in length and, yes, we keep to that carefully scripted time for all participating companies. Go long and the microphone will be turned off. Keep within the 5 minutes and the world can be yours. Virtual Worlds London offers plenty of networking before and after your presentation, including the following day.
